What does this platform do?
This tool allows you to upload a Word
(.docx)template with placeholder tags (e.g.[NAME],[DATE]), and it generates a CSV file for you to fill in with data. For each row in the CSV, the system generates a filled-out PDF file using your Word as template. -
How are the placeholder tags replaced?
The system scans your Word template for placeholders in square brackets (like
[CLIENT]) and automatically replaces them with corresponding values from the CSV file. Each row of the CSV generates one output document. -
What are the Free plan limits?
You can try the tool for any Word file, you will get a CSV to fill in with your data, but only the first two rows will be processed. For processing more files, you need to upgrade to a paid plan.

Are my files stored permanently?
No. Your uploaded files and the generated outputs are automatically deleted daily at 4 a.m. after conversion. We do not store your data or files permanently, we process already a large data volume.

Is my data safe?
Yes. All file processing happens securely on our server. Files are stored in isolated temporary directories and are only accessible by you. We never share or analyze your content.

What happens if something goes wrong during conversion?
If there's an error in your template (like missing tags) or an issue with your CSV, the system will alert you. You can re-upload corrected files and try again.

To ensure best results, avoid the following in your Word templates:

Visual styles and design elements

Visual effects are lost; text becomes plain or distorted.❌ SmartArt (hierarchies, cycles, diagrams)
Often flattened or misrendered.❌ Text inside shapes (AutoShapes) with advanced formatting
May appear cropped, shifted, or without styling.❌ Text effects like shadows, reflections, 3D, or rotations
These are ignored or stripped completely.❌ Non-standard or missing fonts (not installed on the server)
Automatically replaced with fallback fonts, affecting layout.

Interactive or dynamic content
❌ Word form fields (checkboxes, dropdowns, text inputs)
Do not render or function in the output.❌ ActiveX controls or legacy form controls
Ignored entirely.❌ Macros (VBA, scripting)
Removed or blocked by LibreOffice.❌ Comments and track changes
Not shown in the resulting PDF.

Embedded or linked objects
❌ Equations made with MathType or the legacy Equation Editor
Often missing or misrendered.❌ OLE objects (e.g. embedded Excel files)
Not displayed or broken.❌ Embedded videos or audio files
