- Generated output files (Word and PDF),
- Basic technical logs for debugging (e.g. file size, time of upload, IP address for security purposes).

- Uploaded and generated files are stored securely in isolated folders.
- Uploaded and generated files are automatically deleted daily at 4 a.m.
