1. Overview
WebUnity Solutions LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides an online platform that allows users to generate multiple PDF files from a Word (.docx) template and a CSV data file.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. How the Service Works
Users can:
- Upload a Word template containing placeholders (e.g.
[NAME],[DATE]), - Upload a CSV file with multiple data rows,
- Automatically generate a batch of filled-in PDF files, one per row.
3. Account & Access
You may access the platform:
- As a guest (with limited functionality),
- Or via a registered account (to track credit usage, subscriptions, and history).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
4. Pricing & Credits
PDF generation is based on one of two models:
Pay-as-you-go (Credit-based)
- You purchase a set number of credits.
- Each credit allows you to generate 1 document (PDF + Word optional).
- Credits do not expire but are non-refundable once used.
Monthly Subscription
- Subscriptions offer unlimited conversions during the active billing period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
All prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to tax depending on your location.
5. Refund Policy
- No refunds are issued for used credits or partial subscription periods.
- If you experience a technical failure, please contact support for review.
6. File Retention & Security
- Uploaded and generated files are stored temporarily.
- All uploaded files are automatically deleted daily at 4 a.m.
- We do not access, use, or share the contents of your files.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or harmful content,
- Upload viruses or malicious code,
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend access if abuse or suspicious activity is detected.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 24/7 access but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary outages.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate these Terms,
- You misuse the platform,
- You request account deletion.
Unused credits may be forfeited upon account termination due to violation.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
